Introduction
I am interested in how this group will develop. I am not a physician. I am a clinical social worker and in my therapeutic practice I have worked with multiple forms of relaxation therapies. I am also curious where you went rafting.

  •  Thanks Michelle! I love that backpack! It was a great garage sale find. We hope to see you guys at the Farmer's Market tomorrow. We are going get there around eleven but may still be there by one if Gavyn isn't too fussy by then!!

  •  Thanks Michelle! I had a good time. It was nice to meet everyone. I'm glad you think Collin was so well behave. Don't let him fool you though, he can be a real "wild child" when he wants to! Hope to see you soon.

  •  Yes, we made it home in one piece! It was great to see you guys yesterday...to bad it was so short. Harvey is so mellow after he gets to see his friends...I wish we lived closer!

  •  Yeah, Gavyn had a great time! He loves bubbles and playing at parks on slides and swings, so he was right in his element yesterday! We bought one of those bubble machines so we can use it at home too.

  •  Mia does pretty well keeping her hat on but we lost this hat not long after this picture was taken.
